Katie + Troy: Married | Emmitsburg, MD Wedding Photographer

Katie and Troy were married October 13th on a chilly, yet perfect, fall day.  The ceremony and reception both took place at Katie's alma mater Mount St. Mary's University.  The campus is so quaint and tucked up right against a mountain, almost protecting it.

I had been so excited to shoot this wedding ever since I met up with Katie and Troy for their engagement session.  It quickly became obvious that these two are the sweetest couple!  They have such an easy love and are definitely a perfect match.  High school sweethearts, in fact!  Their wedding day flowed as smoothly as they do; it was so well planned and thought out.  And (my favorite!) we had so much time for portraits because of it.

Much, much appreciation for trusting in us for your most-important day.  We enjoyed every second of documenting your love.

Even though it was agreed upon to not exchange gifts, Troy took it upon himself to gift Katie her wedding-day jewelry.  Sweet!
