Leslie + Tim: Married | Bethlehem, PA Wedding Photographer

Leslie is one of those brides that you want to pick up and give a big hug to.  She's so sweet, super organized and is just SO happy.  Going through the photos I was always drawn in by her big smile.  And it's obvious that Tim is the reason for that smile.  Leslie and Tim are truly best friends.  They love to have fun, laugh, and enjoy themselves.  They are just good people.  It's as simple as that :)

They were married November 2nd on a very, very chilly day (only a few short days after Hurricane Sandy's wrath hit the east coast).  Luckily, the venue and her parent's home had electricity.   Either way, a hurricane wasn't going to put a damper on their big day.

Thank you so much for trusting in us to document your day.  You guys have such a beautiful relationship and we can't wait to see what your future holds!

Leslie and Tim decided to do a first look.  I'm SO happy they did!  We had a ton of time for portraits and  were not rushed at all.  Although I never push a first look, I will admit that I do a happy dance (on the inside, of course) when a bride and groom tell me they want to do it.

While I was shooting the above bridal portrait, Aaron shot this.  LOVE!
All the portraits were shot at Steel Stacks in Bethlehem.  This is where The Bethlehem Steel Corporation was located since the late 1800s.  I remember as a little girl driving past the factory (I grew up not too far from here), which was still open at this time, and being amazed by the enormity of it all.  Unfortunately, the steel factory is no longer in operation, but the grounds have been and are being preserved and used by various other companies.
Leslie, being The Organized Bride, brought along an umbrella just in case.  In the wedding color scheme, of course :)
Had to squeeze one more bridal portrait in.
Just because they did a first look doesn't mean it's any less special when the bride and groom see each other at the altar...contrary to popular belief.
I always learn so much about my brides and grooms during the speeches.  This one was especially entertaining :)
