Sarah + Andy are such a sweet couple! In fact, they just happen to be high-school sweethearts and best friends :) Their wedding was filled with so much happiness and a whole lot of tears. I love weddings that evoke a lot of emotion, not only does it make for amazing images, but it really gives me a feel for the deep connection between a couple and their family and friends.
They were married Memorial Day weekend on one of the hottest days of the year! We had sweat running down our cameras, legs, everywhere. I can't complain too much since I wasn't the one wearing a tux or heavy gown :) They were all troopers though and pushed through the heat for some gorgeous images at Green Grove Gardens.
Congratulations again, Sarah + Andy, and thank you for allowing us to document your beautiful love!
This is the moment she felt like a bride :)
How great is it that one of Sarah's bridesmaids is also a makeup artist?!
I love this. While I was busy setting the girls up for a shot, Aaron was busy shooting from the side. I love having a second shooter...aaaand it doesn't hurt that I vowed to spend forever with him :)
We had limited time for the bride + groom portraits, but these two are so cute together we had NO problem getting some perfectly natural, perfectly them shots.

And mine :)
Sarah was such a beautiful bride!
I loved their candy bar. It was color-coordinated to match their wedding.
Sarah's sister and maid of honor gave a great speech that left everyone laughing!
Since the bride + groom portraits were a little rushed, I was SOOO happy that Sarah + Andy were willing to escape for a few more shots of just the two of them. The great part about this is that they felt way more relaxed at this point in the night and there was a storm rolling in so their photos were completely different looking than our first set.
Their guests were great and we were able to get fun dancing shots!
